This program is a great program. It is an outlet for an addictive problem, that goes beyond a 12-Step Program. Number one benefit – Education. The education about this addiction was a godsend. Then the process of walking us through all those recovery steps with homework, was very good. Makes you think and recognize what this addiction has done to your life.

When the infidelity is only happening online
What about the person who is ͞only͟ only cheating online but never has physical sexual contact with the person on the other end? Typically those relationships suffer in the same way or similar way like relationships in which there has been with physical sexual betrayal. First of all, there’s been a violation of trust. Oftentimes a person may be fantasying or masturbating while online or offline. So there is an erotic sexual relationship going on even though there’s not physical contact. Some of the warning signs that your spouse is having an online affair is that they are spending an excessive amount of time on the Internet in other rooms they don’t typically do. They are spending excessive amount of time while you are sleeping. They are staying up all night. They are avoiding responsibilities. When you question them about what they are doing online they get very defensive, they may close the screen down. Those are all signs that something probably is going on.

Testimonials
This has been the most formative experience in my recovery. It has broken through my denial and into more of who I am. It was integrated directly with my individual therapy.
I should have done this two years ago. Very helpful with abstinence and recovery. I feel real progress.
Incredible! I am learning to listen to my body. Each week I learn something new about myself through the homework. Much greater awareness. I have choices. Learning not to be so reactionary. I feel freer.
I wish I had participated in this program the first time [I found] out about my partner’s addiction.
My desperation has gone away.
